The Coaching Progress
Step 1
Discovery Call
We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to check that we’re a good match. We’ll talk about what you’re struggling with and what you’re hoping to achieve. No pressure, no obligation, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
Step 2
Initial Assessment
In our first full session, we’ll dive deeper into your situation – your history with burnout or health challenges, what you’ve already tried, what’s working and what isn’t, and what your goals actually are. This helps me understand the full picture of your life.
Step 3
Personalised Strategy
Based on everything we’ve talked about, we’ll develop a tailored approach. I’ll share recommendations, resources, and practical strategies you can start implementing straight away.
Step 4
Ongoing Support
We’ll meet regularly (at whatever frequency is most convenient for you) to track progress, adjust strategies when needed, problem-solve challenges, and keep you accountable to the changes you want to make.
Why Choose This Coaching?
My Background
I’m a qualified holistic health and wellness specialist with training across multiple modalities – from anatomy and nutrition to neuroscience and trauma-informed care.
I also live with multiple chronic illnesses and have navigated severe burnout. I know what it’s like when your body won’t cooperate, when rest stops being restorative, and when the standard advice makes things worse instead of better. I studied and practiced for years on how to heal myself and find balance. There isn’t a magical cure, but I did find genuine ways to make day-to-day life more livable.
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every coaching relationship. I understand these struggles from the inside out, and I know what it takes to recover and rebuild.
My Approach
This isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to do more. Nor is it about selling you a dream that’s achieved by 10k steps and green smoothies. It’s about understanding what health and wellness mean for you and problem-solving whatever is getting in the way of that.
I combine science with flexibility and compassion. We’ll set realistic goals, celebrate progress, and adjust when things aren’t working. You’re the expert on your experience. I’m here to provide tools, perspective, and support for the journey.

Do you take insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide receipts that you may be able to submit for reimbursement depending on your policy. Check with your insurance provider about coverage for health coaching or wellness services.
How long do I need to commit to coaching?
There’s no minimum commitment for single sessions or monthly packages. I offer one-off sessions for assessments and answering questions, as well as self-implementation health plans. That said, meaningful change typically takes time, consistency, adjustments, and accountability – most clients work with me for at least 3-6 months.
Can you diagnose me or prescribe medication?
No, I’m not a medical doctor. I work alongside your healthcare team to support your wellness journey. If something needs medical attention, I’ll encourage you to speak with your doctor.
Do you offer sliding scale pricing?
I have limited sliding scale spots available each month. If cost is a barrier, mention this in your enquiry form or discovery call, and we’ll discuss options.
What if I’m having a really bad health day?
Sessions can be catered to however you feel in the moment. You never have to mask or pretend to be okay. I encourage clients to show up as authentically so that we can address their needs as accurately as possible.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens and I try to be as accommodating as possible. I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules when possible. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged.
